What is "nofap" challenge?

 Today, Everyone is corrupted with porn and watching sex as we talked about earlier that gita gives us commands that we have to stay away from 4 things and those are kaam, krodh , lobh moh. 

So, there are the 4 things which we have to completely erase from our lives which are sex desires (kaam) , anger (krodh) , lobh ( greed) , moh (materialistic desires). As these are the 4 reasons for all our problems. If you ask a prisioner in jail that what have you done that you get into a jail his reason would be related to these 4 things. 



Let's come on our topic which is related to kaam as sex desires and we do ejaculation and it becomes our habit but we don't know whether it is right or wrong? Isn't it? 

So, the answer is yes it is wrong now it comes in our minds that why it is wrong people say it's normal seman is made in our body and body make it again and again so the answer is Its the source of energy to our body, we feel low after masterbation why? 

In spiritual books there is written there that seman is called verya in sanskrit and it means vajr that is weapon. So, seman is like a weapon for boys and they should know how to use it and when and where to use it. 

The "NOFAP CHALLENGE " It's a challenge for all the males bodies present on earth that they should stop fapping for 150- 300 days and then see the results everything would be different body, mind, thinking, vision everything would be positive feel more energetic more confident and it makes you a better version of yourself. 


How you can start nofap challenge? 

Try with less fap watch yourself what triggers you to masterbate any account on insta any video on YouTube or any message try to avoid or remove such thing which can trigger you to do that and be clear that it bad for you. 

Don't be alone be with family or friends most of the time and involve yourself with work, make a check board with dates on it so when you no fap on the day cross that day do it for 150 days it gives you boost.
