The extraordinary story of an IHM guy.

So, lets start this story as this story contain love , emotion , trouble, and most importantly love for his work.

So, Gopal stand at the door steps of institute of hotel management (mumbai) 2001 with his father but soon his father left and real life of hotel management starts as seniors are very eager to take ragging of that 17 year old young boy as one senior who's name is also gopal said him to fold his bed sheet daily at 8 a.m. sharp.

This is 1st year of gopal as he is changing in that environment day by day his personality is building up and he is growing and become a gentleman from being a boy in formal cloths and short hair like it is never before. As in mumbai he always go on movies with his friends on weekend from hostel before it close at 9 o' clock and enters into college hostel at 5 in the morning. 

At that time in 1st year he know that he want to become a chef but in hotel management college he figured out that he wants to become indian chef who can make all the indian dishes. As somehow it become his passion to become best indian chef.

2nd year started with a industrial training in surya hotel delhi one motive to become indian chef as he step up towards indian kitchen and in few months (4 months ) he becomes every indian chefs favorite trainee and chef hold him to do his training in indian kitchen for 4 months and for 2 months in rest of the department ( housekeeping, front office and food and bverage service). As his hairs of his arms are burnt out because of tandoor and his hand becomes full of blisters.

3rd year of gopals college life before I want to tell you guys that after his training he becomes the superstar of the college because he was into his studies plus his personality evolved so much because of training in surya hotel as a riya (class mate)  said gopal you are looking really changed and gopal said last 6 months are the best days of my life.

So, 3rd year started with the professionalism gopal becomes really a professional guy (cheetah) and his teachers ( Mr. Iyer) are really impressed with him and suddenly he fought with a girl ( shruti ) who was not so friendly but beautiful girl and it was a really bad fight with abusive language and after that day all the college guys supported him and very happy about that incident.

Suddenly his life take a turn and its true that after day there is night so that's a night for gopal something happed which is heartbreaking and changed his life completly. As out door catering is a popular culture in hotel management colleges so he go on that with his friends in some other hotel for continuesly for 4 days and after that very bad pain started in his back. He came bake to his home town ( delhi ) and go to doctor and tumor is found out in his back.

And after completing 2nd year gopal immediately go for operation for his back tumor after that his one leg did'nt work properly so gopal drop the dream of becoming an indian chef.

Tumour in just a hurdle for that boy it doesn't affect his attitude towards life he didn't gave up. Then 3rd year started gopal's friend makes fun of him but he took that very litely and survived his 3rd year of college with a smile thats the real comeback when life gives you punches then also you get up and move forward that's the winners attitude and gopal carries that attitude with him in his college days.

Somehow he survived his 3rd year of college life after that placement comes and many big hotel chains rejected him because of leg problem but his personality, communication skills and soft skills were so good that he got 6 jobs in hotels and quick service restaurants.

Then after college gopal ones again comes on the same gate of ihm mumbai but now it's time to leave that college and get into the real life its time to apply what gopal learned in his collage life its time to show what he got into himself then he joined travel agency for 2000 rupees as his first job after that he become teacher faculty in reputed hotel management college in delhi.

Then he got his break in cusultant firm and that's the time when gopal realize that's the job what he really enjoyed and started earning good money and many of his friends are  also earning but he is earning by just sitting with his knowledge and skills and everyone are kept running for earn leaving.

If you are hotel management graduate you know that how hotel works you don't get time to sit. So, gopal is earning enough and his life is going very smooth but somehow people started cheating him in his office and he left that job and started his own consultancy firm and started working from home.

Then he happily live ever after with his family. This story is special because it tell that it's not about what life's had given you it's about how you respond towards life. Everyone got problems in life but it's all on you that if you smile or cry.
