5 powerful lessons from bhagvad gita.

Hi friends, I know that you guys are very curious to know that how I come to this topic why I am telling lessons from a religious book but in my point of view this is also a management as well as a book related to our day to day activities. So, if we take some lessons from this book than we will get some sort of success in life.

As mahatma gandhi was also read this book every day in his life so lets start taking some lessons.

Lesson 1. About anger

Chapter 2 verse 63

Shloka - Krodhad bhagati sammohah  sammohan smriti- vibhramah.

Chapter 6 verse 34 and 35

Shloka 34 - cancalam hi manah krsna pramathi balavad drdham

tasyaham nigraham manye vayor iva su-duskaram

Meaning - For the mind is restless, turbulent, obstinate and very strong, O krsna, and to subdue it, I think, is more difficult than controlling the wind.

Shloka 35- asamsayam maha-baho mano durnigraham calam

abhyasena tu kaunteya vairagyena ca grhyate

Meaning- lord sri krishna said: O mighty-armed son of kunti, it is undoubtedly very difficult to curb the restless mind, but it is possible by suitable practice and by detachment.

Shloka 41 - tasmat tvam indriyany adau niyamya bharatarsabha

Papmanam prajahi hy enam jnana-vijnana-nasanam

Meaning- Therefore , O Arjuna, best of the Bharatas, in the very beginning curb this great symbol of sin(lust) by regulating the senses (eyes, nose , tongue, ears and skin) and kill this destroyer of knowledge and self-realization.

Lesson 4. About detachment from results (positive and negative)

Chapter 2 verse 47

Shloka 47- karmany evadhikaras te ma phalesu kadacana

ma karma-phala-hetur bhut ma te sango stv akarmani

Meaning - you have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.

Lesson 5. How to achieve everything and preserve what we have?

Chapter 9 verse 22 and chapter 8 verse 7

Ch9 shloka 22- ananyas cintayanto mam ye janah paryupasate
